As a part of our ongoing commitment to its retail customers, Divine Store assures complete satisfaction with a money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products, please return it to us within seven (7) days for either a full and courteous refund or an exchange. Please call or write to us first before you return the product so that we may assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number. In your communication, please let us know the reason(s) why you wish to return the merchandise. Cash refunds take 5-7 days to process while credit/debit card transactions can take up to 7-10 days to process depending on your bank. Please quote an RMA number each time you communicate with us regarding your product returns. Our contact details are listed on our page.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Please return all products in their original packaging including labels and price tags, instruction booklets and accessories if included without which we cannot process your request.

  2. We are happy to pick up the returned merchandise from your door step but there are specific addresses and locations which are not covered by our door step pick up policy.

  3. We will reimburse you for your shipping charges if you are asked to ship the products to us.

  4. Our primary mode of communication regarding returns and cancellations is and we ask that you check your email regularly while your request is being processed.

  5. There are absolutely no additional or hidden charges to process a return or exchange.

  6. If we are unable to replace a product owing to stock availability or other reasons, we will either recommend a similar product after discussing the option with you or issue a full refund.

  7. We process returns and cancellations for products that are a part of a larger order as long as the terms mentioned on this page are applicable.

  8. Our terms and conditions for refunds, returns and cancellations may not apply to some international orders so please read our confirmation email message first before you confirm the order.

 Exceptional Circumstances 
  1. We are unable to process return or exchange requests if your request is made after the specified deadline.

  2. Returns and cancellations cannot be processed if the product is either misused or damaged during use.

  3. We do not issue refunds or exchange products that have been partly used by you.
